- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and proofread a variety of documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fielding inquiries and providing information as needed
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Quote home and auto insurance
- Handle some marketing duties for social media
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with various software and technology
- Familiarity with insurance industry practices and terminology is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have your property and casualty
