About Us

Founded in 2019 with the acquisition of a 20-year-old local magazine, JBMC Media is a family-owned publisher of magazines in Birmingham, Alabama. We publish six titles in Chelsea, Hoover, Bluff Park, Birmingham, Gardendale, and West Jefferson County.

We seek to tell the stories of people, businesses, schools, and day-to-day life in the communities we serve. We connect with local business owners to market their goods and services to communities throughout our coverage areas.

Our Birmingham-based writers, designers, photographers, and marketing consultants work together to bring our publications to life.
