Responsibilities of Billing/Audit Associate:
- Review premium audit reports and billing information for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify policy information, payroll records, classifications, and supporting documentation.
- Process billing transactions, adjustments, and premium corrections.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate with internal departments, agents, and policyholders regarding billing and audit questions.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive financial and customer information.
Qualifications Required for Billing/Audit Associate:
- Previous experience in billing, premium auditing, insurance operations, accounting, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Starting Pay:
- $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
