I'm Nattakarn (Nat) Alkire, Owner and Director of Young Engineers OTM. As an engineer with over 13 years of experience (holding degrees in Electrical Engineering and an MBA), and importantly, as a local parent, I founded this venture with a clear mission: to bring exceptional, engaging, and fun STEM learning opportunities to our Over the Mountain communities. I saw a need for programs that don't just teach, but truly inspire.
That's why I chose Young Engineers, an internationally acclaimed program recognized by the Harvard Graduate School of Education for its global leadership in STEM education. We use hands-on building, often with specialized LEGO® and other innovative kits, to make complex concepts in engineering, mechanics, robotics, and coding accessible and exciting for everyone.

Build Up Program (Grades 2-5): Specially designed for children on the autism spectrum and those with additional needs (vision/hearing impairment, limited mobility, PDD, ADHD). Uses building bricks to enhance communication, social interaction, motor skills, planning, and problem-solving in a supportive, adaptable environment. We proudly collaborate with rehabilitation hospitals and mental health facilities.
