I am a Native New Yorker.   Home to Birmingham, Al for 23 years,
I spent 20 years in Television advertising at Sinclair Broadcast ABC 33/40 and WIAT -CBS 42 Television as an Account Executive. Helping businesses grow via Marketing and Advertising.
I started an independent advertising agency The Paije Group in 2015 to help Business Owners understand the importance of being in business with the right credentials and foundation, assisting with business plans, credit reviews, marketing and advertising and funding.  At TPG we also book Industry Professionals in Colleges, at corporate events, Festivals, Cruises and a variety of other events.
I worked with nonprofit and micro lender, Lift Fund, helping businesses get loans for from 2017 – 2021.  I still work with them today as an affiliate for funding. 
I started TPG Funding in 2023 – This is an alternative lending business at tpg-funding.com. where I assist with getting emergency funds for businesses with operation of 2 or more years.
I am currently working with Operation Hope as a Coach and enjoy the fulfillment of helping dreams and visions come to life.
After 20 years working in media advertising, my job was to work with business owners to help them increase their revenue.  It took time.  We reviewed their selling history, customers that frequented their product or service, their office/company practices,  After review, I would suggest strategies to continue and increase productivity.  With Operation HOPE, I can use these skills to help Entrepreneurs and those desiring to become Entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams.
I am a graduate of State University of New York @ Brockport, NY with a BS in Communications. 
I have two wonderful, independent College grads and I am patiently waiting on grand children.
