Construction Estimating Manager The Estimating Manager will prepare complex cost estimates, track value creation items, and develop and manage scopes of work for all trades. This includes creating responsibility matrices, coordinating pricing and bid solicitation, and utilizing knowledge of project schedules and logistics in estimates. The role also involves assisting with system analysis of building components and MEP systems, coordinating bid day summaries, and participating in project procurement
