Job Description
Senior Legacy Care is a growing, privately owned, non-medical senior care provider agency located in Pelham, AL. We service clients all over the Birmingham Metro area with everything from companion care and transportation to full personal care.  We need caregivers who are passionate about meeting the needs of Seniors.  They must be extremely reliable with a high degree of integrity and willing to submit to a thorough background check.
 
There are several advantages to working as a caregiver for Senior Legacy.  We do thorough assessments on every potential client, so you know when you go into a home that it should be a safe work environment and that the needs of the client are going to be well-documented for you in advance.  We try to match caregivers with clients not only by skills set, but also based on personality, likes/dislikes, etc.  You have a support staff who handles all the scheduling and administrative side of the business.
  
All our caregivers are employees and bonded, so you nor your clients must worry with taxes, insurance and all that paperwork at the end of the year.  We also offer incentives, free training opportunities, and reward programs for our caregivers throughout the year!

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years' experience as a caregiver for other than family member(s)
  • CNA and other training / certification is a plus, but not required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proven work ethic of being on time and very few absences from work
  • Excellent References (at least 3 professional - not family or friends)
