Michael found a special interest in making the streets of Los Angeles safer through an emphasis on stopping and arresting intoxicated drivers\, He went on to lead his own small but highly effective unit focused on Habitual Deuce Watch (H2O). He and his team were credited with extreme success in keeping repeat drunk drivers off the road.\n\n\n\nMichael is the brother-in-law of Jim Durkin\, the Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers and Brakes Plus CEO.
