DESCRIPTION:Greater Birmingham Chapter Fall Showcase Monday\, Aug. 12 10 a.m.   1:30 p.m. Riverchase United Methodist Church The Greater Birmingham chapter of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at The University of Alabama is hosting a free open house for the community from 10 a.m. 1:30 p.m. Monday\, Aug. 12\, at Riverchase United Methodist Church in the Riverchase Room. Snacks and coffee will be served. Learn about OLLI at UA's programs\, activities\, membership benefits and volunteer opportunities from current members\, staff and instructors during this event. You can even register for lunchtime restaurant outings\, local field trips and online or in-person classes being offered this summer! OLLI at UA provides a variety of intellectually stimulating non-credit courses\, social gatherings\, travel and leadership opportunities designed for adults 50 and older.
